The aim of this research is to identify the availability of quality standards for the websites of the Palestinian TV channels and to provide an assessment of the quality standards used by the websites of TV Channels web sites in general and Palestinian TV channels in particular. Through the use of the method of media survey method descriptive methods, and the research has reached the difference in the application of quality standards for TV Channels sites in the web sites of Palestinian TV Channels, and the development of language of visual communication for the design of those sites in exchange for the lack of access to those sites of the technical possibilities that is Provided by the Internet.

The research addresses the importance of reading and writing for sura Al-alaq and Al-qalam as they represent the main sources for all the sciences as well as ethical values. The researcher seeks to define the educational and ethical values in these two texts which related to reading and writing. To do this, the author went through different relevant literature to show the similarities and related points between them, she also shows the significant of reading and writing and the learning and teaching worth to be consider. The result revealed that the both texts assert on the educational and ethical values, and the vital role of reading and writing.

In this study, the electron coefficients; Mean energy , Mobility and Drift velocity  of different gases  Ar, He, N₂ and O₂  in the  ionosphere have been calculated using BOLSIG+ program to check the solution results of Boltzmann equation results, and effect of reduced electric field (E/N) on electronic coefficients.  This study included the extraction of volatile oils from the leaves of some local Eucalyptus trees (i.e.(1)E.camldulensis ,(2) E.camldulensis , E.microtheca , E.globules , E.sideroxylem , E.krusianin. by the water distillation method.
