Abu Al-Ala Al-Ma’arri is a linguist and writer who showed his prowess in poetry, so he had poetry collections, including “The ulna fell,” which is one of the books that attracted the attention of scholars such as (Tabrizi, Al-Khwarizmi, Al-Bateliusi and Al-Zamakhshari) .

             This research aims to apply the Performance Focused Activity Based Costing System in the offices of scientific and advisory services at the University of Technology for the purpose of measuring the cost of services provided by these offices in order to reduce costs. One hundred of dialysis patients' mean age ( 51.18±8.28) years and one hundred healthy control group , where carried out  from different hospitals of Baghdad city , during the period between November /2012 until March/2013.
