Background and Objective: Public demand for procedures to rejuvenate photodamaged facial skin have stimulated the use of fractional CO2 laser as a precise and predictable treatment modality. A hybrid nanoparticles light emitting diode (NPs-LED) was fabricated as layers of ITO/TPD:PMMA/ Eu₂O₃ / Alq₃ / Al, by phase segregation method using spin coating technique. The NPs-LED hybrid device emitted light and consisted of three layers in a definite order placed on the transparent conducting oxide as an ITO substrate; the first layer was made of (N, N'-bis (3-methylphenyl) -N, N'-bis (phenyl) benzidine) (TPD) and polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) polymers combined together. Composting is one of the solid waste management (SWM) methods where the organic component decomposed biologically under controlled conditions. In this study, a 0.166 m³ bioreactor tank was designed to compose 59.2Kg of simulated common municipal solid food waste having a bulk density, organic matter, organic carbon, pH, nitrogen content, C/N and nitrification index (NH₄-N/ NO₃-N) of 536.62 kg/m³, 62.34%, 34.76%, 6.53, 1.86%, 23 and 0.34 respectively.
