   يسعى هذا البحث إلى دراسة "عمل أهل المدينة" مفهوماً واحتجاجاً وفوائدَ وتطبيقاتٍ فقهيةً. وقد اتَّخذت الدراسة منهجاً استنباطياً تحليلياً، بغية تمهيد البحث في تأصيل هذا المفهوم والتعرف على جدواه وفوائده والتماس التطبيقات الفقهية المساعدة في فهمه. وقد خلُصَتْ إلى أنَّ "عمل أهل المدينة" أطلق على الأفع

 This study investigated three aims for the extent of effectiveness of the two systems in educational development of educators. To achieve this, statistical analysis was performed between the two groups that consisted of (26) participants of the electronic teaching method and (38) participants who underwent teaching by the conventional electronic lecture. The results indicated the effectiveness of the “electronic teaching method” and the “electronic lecture method” for learning of the participants in educational development. Also, it indicated the level of equivalence from the aspect of effectiveness of the two methods and at a confidence level of (0.05). In this paper, the generalized inverted exponential distribution is considered as one of the most important distributions in studying failure times. A shape and scale parameters of the distribution have been estimated after removing the fuzziness that characterizes its data because they are triangular fuzzy numbers. To convert the fuzzy data to crisp data the researcher has used the centroid method. Hence the studied distribution has two parameters which show a difficulty in separating and estimating them directly of the MLE method. The Newton-Raphson method has been used.

This research aims to study the impact of strategic information systems on the development of intellectual capital in the Public Shareholding Electricity Distribution Company in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
