    من القضايا المهمة في الفقه الاسلامي قضية الاصلاح الاجتماعي ومنها النظر في المرافق العامة، والالتفات إلى تحمل المسئولية فيها ورعايتها، حتى تتحقق الغاية في منافعها، وحسن الاستفادة منها، ومن المرافق العامة، الطريق العام ــ وهو النافذ ــ فلجميع الخلق أن ينتفع به ، ومنفعتها الأصلية المرور فيه بما لا يضر الآخرين.

Skills learning is considered as an important factor in learning any subject as well as mathematics . Mathematical skills have a number of steps that should be learned and understood faster and with more accuracy . The practical or applied skills are type of learning which includes educational preparation and hand on skills is acquired which conducted by organized educational institutions. The process of capital investment appraisal takes hold the attention of managers and accountants of the industrial companies. This process involves the use of multiple and diverse financial evaluation methods to measure the economic attractiveness of capital investment peojects. This multiplicity and diversity of financial evaluation metods have been the motive of this research to: investigate some organizational variables such as the desired objectives, identify managerial procedures which regulate the capital investment process, specify evaluation methods and examine the relationships between these variables and evaluation methods actually used by a sample of public industrial companies in Jordan.

This study aims to analyze the messages of a number of global news outlets on Twitter. In order to clarify the news outlets tactics of reporting, the subjects and focus during the crisis related to the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The study sample was chosen in a deliberate manner to provide descriptive results. Three news sites were selected: two of the most followed, professional and famous international news sites: New York Times and the Guardian, and one Arab news site: Al-Arabiya channel.
