This study is concerned with organizational learning and its impact on total quality management in the education sector. Organizational learning is a process that provides the educational sector with the ability to adapt and respond rapidly to developments and changes in a better way according to its main dimensions (Mental Models, Personal Mastery, Team Learning, Shared Vision, System Thinking) by adopting the philosophy of Total Quality Management (TQM) in accordance with its basic dimensions (leadership, customer satisfaction, participation of workers, continuous improvement, training and education). The main purpose of this study is to know (the impact of the Senge model of organizational learning in the adoption of TQM principles) , The study aims to analyze the reality of organizational learning at the Middle Technical University which is the field of application of the study and assess the level of total quality management in it. The study also aims to test the correlation between the two variables and determine the dimensions of organizational learning most influential in the adoption of the principles of TQM for scientific and applied contribution in addressing the apparent deficiencies in Iraqi universities and the Middle Technical University as an Field of application in organizational learning and Total quality management, This study Reached to many of Conclusions Perhaps the most Important that the dimensions of the variables of the study are available in level of average to good in the University under study, According to these conclusions, the researchers put a number of recommendations such as the importance of the attention of senior management and leadership in the university to the financial and intellectual capital and making it one of their first concerns and at the top of the organizational pyramid because of its great role and effect in applying the principles of TQM .
The research aims to identify decent work and its impact in enhancing job immersion. The questionnaire was adopted as a tool to analyze the sample responses of (81) workers to represent an estimated response rate of (88 per cent) out of the total population of (92) individuals. The study found highly considerable discrepancies in the interplay between radiation levels and gender in terms of mean Malondialdehyde (MAD), Vitamin D3 (Vit.D3), Triiodothyronine (T3), Thyroxine (T4), and High-Density Lipoprotein (HDL), but not Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH), cholesterol, triglyceride (TG) and Low-Density Lipoprotein (LDL). The findings indicated that malondialdehyde is a useful biomarker for assessing oxidative stress in radiographers with exposure to ionizing radiation.
