This study is concerned with organizational learning and its impact on total quality management in the education sector. Organizational learning is a process that provides the educational sector with the ability to adapt and respond rapidly to developments and changes in a better way according to its main dimensions (Mental Models, Personal Mastery, Team Learning, Shared Vision, System Thinking) by adopting the philosophy of Total Quality Management (TQM) in accordance with its basic dimensions (leadership, customer satisfaction, participation of workers, continuous improvement, training and education). The main purpose of this study is to know (the impact of the Senge model of organizational learning in the adoption of TQM principles) , The study aims to analyze the reality of organizational learning at the Middle Technical University which is the field of application of the study and assess the level of total quality management in it. The study also aims to test the correlation between the two variables and determine the dimensions of organizational learning most influential in the adoption of the principles of TQM for scientific and applied contribution in addressing the apparent deficiencies in Iraqi universities and the Middle Technical University as an Field of application in organizational learning and Total quality management, This study Reached to many of Conclusions Perhaps the most Important that the dimensions of the variables of the study are available in level of average to good in the University under study, According to these conclusions, the researchers put a number of recommendations such as the importance of the attention of senior management and leadership in the university to the financial and intellectual capital and making it one of their first concerns and at the top of the organizational pyramid because of its great role and effect in applying the principles of TQM .
The phenomenon of negative behavior has studied as a social and psychological phenomenon that effect on the performance and life of workers inside and outside the organization. The adoption of this phenomenon is studied in terms of the role of the internal environment of the organization in addressing this behavior, being the variables belong to the field of organizational behavior to see the results of those variables on the Iraqi organizations, since the specificities of it differ from the rest of the Arab and foreign environments.
