ABSTRACT

         The effect of adding raw bacteriocin produced by Lactobacillus bulgaricus to cheese curd at an amount of (5 and 10 and 15) mL/kg cheese as a biological preservative to prolong the shelf life of soft cheese, in addition to the control treatment, knowing that each 1 mL of bacteriocin filter contains 15 units/ mL of bacteriocin. The results of the physicochemical, microbial and sensory tests for cheese stored at refrigerator temperature for a period (zero) to (21) d of adding bacteriocin showed the superiority of the treatment of cheese added to 15 mL/kg cheese of bacteriocin over the rest of the other treatments during the storage period, wh

     In this research, several estimators concerning the estimation are introduced. These estimators are closely related to the hazard function by using one of the nonparametric methods namely the kernel function for censored data type with varying bandwidth and kernel boundary. Two types of bandwidth are used:  local bandwidth and global bandwidth. Moreover, four types of boundary kernel are used namely: Rectangle, Epanechnikov, Biquadratic and Triquadratic and the proposed function was employed with all kernel functions. Due to the importance of the extraction process in many engineering and medical industries, in addition to great interest in medicinal plants, in this research, microwave-assisted extraction has been applied to extract some active compounds from Rosmarinus officinalis leaves.  The optimal extraction conditions were then determined by calculating the ratio and extraction efficiency. هدفت الدراسة التعرف على الضغوط النفسية والخوف من المستقبل لدى أمهات أطفال طيف التوحد، بلغت عينة الدراسة )60( ام لديهن طفل توحدي، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وبعد تطبيق مقياسي الدراسة ومعالجة البيانات احصائيا توصلت الدراسة ان األمهات لديهن درجة عالية من الضغوط النفسية ودرجة عالية من الخوف حول مستقبل اطفالهن، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة خرجت الباحثة ببعض التوصيات والمقترحات.
