Microalgae have been increasingly used for wastewater treatment due to their capacity to assimilate nutrients. Samples of wastewater were taken from the Erbil wastewater channel near Dhahibha village in northern Iraq. The microalga Coelastrella sp. was used in three doses (0.2, 1, and 2g. l^-1) in this experiment for 21 days, samples were periodically (every 3 days) analyzed for physicochemical parameters such as pH, EC, Phosphate, Nitrate, and BOD₅, in addition to, Chlorophyll a concentration. This study aims to identify the forgiveness level among gifted students and its relation to the self-awareness. The study sample consisted of (207) students were randomly chosen, they are integrated in secondary schools in Abha / Saudi Arabia. The correlative, analytical descriptive method was adopted. Two scales were adopted by the researcher: The forgiveness scale prepared by Rye et al (2001) which translated to Arabic by Al-Mahasneh (2017) and the self-awareness scale which prepared by Al-Ghezwani (2017). This study included the determination of mercury level in twelve samples of skin whitening cream available in local market in Baghdad by atomic absorption spectrophotometer ,all the samples analyzed was contained a detectable amount of mercury. The lowest concentration of mercury in the sample C (Top Shirley) was 0.482 μg/g, and the higher concentration was 29.54 μg/g in the sample J (Norseen) .It was also noted that the samples H (whitening speckle removing day cream) and K (whitening speckle removing night cream) did not mention in the label significance the name of the country of origin and date of the validity of the product.

اجريت عملية غربلة اولية على عدد من الخمائر المعزولة من مصادر مختلفة من حيث قدرتها على انتاج انزيم الانفرتيز فتبين ان خمس عزلات منها تعود الى جنس  Candida  تميزت بقابليتها على انتاج الانزبم ،  ووجد العزلة التي رمز لها C5  كانت أكفا تلك العزلات  . درست الظروف المثلى لإنتاج الإنزيم وبطريقة المزارع المغمورة  من هذه العزلة  . تبين أن أعلى انتاجية تحققت باستخدام الرافينوز كصدر للكاربون وبتركيز 3% و مزيج خلاصة الخمير
