The Problem of the research  is Limited with the ambguity of environmental work Characterstics role and among them the natural Working Conditions: Temproture, Lighting, Noise, Colours, and Smells, in the Decisions that rule the Planning and Designing work of the industrial Location and it 's targets are Limited with discovering the effect of environmental work Characterstics in planning and designing the industrial Companies and to reach to the most important properties that distinguish the industrial Location Within the frame of dealing with the nature Conditions in the dry, hot regions and the dfining of the relationship between them on the assumption that the Characterstics of environmental work have agreat effect in planning and designing industrial Companies and this reflected on the work efficiency and production improvement.

The research method is based on the field study from during check list  in studying the first level which is the  environmental planning for the factories and the second level which is the environmental design for the industral location, that two industrial factories are chose to reprsent the research sample, theare:

  • leather Factory within leather indsttries general company.
  • Plastic tubes factory within the building industries general company.

The results on the first level indicated the importance of the environmental work Characterstics

And the negative influences because of the preferring of economic considerations that mene dominant formerly.

The results also established the importance of the natural factors and  the achieving of the dynamic balance there with  to obtain the miniature climate ( internal environment) that harmenizes with the human needs and this is crviedout by the studied mass distribution for the industrial complex buildings ond the internal arrangements there in , the location functioning , inserting the water plan, increasing the trees , buldings shadowing, the efficient direction, the choosing of external colours suitable for surfaces, corridors, as well the choosing the suitable materials.

On the second level concerning the environmental design of the factory layer which involves    ( Form, cover, and space) it has been established that the different technological items have an effectiveness in creating an internal work environmental suitable for the employees physiological needs. These items involue the using of natural cooling system like the air pickers, the method of night flowing, the cooling with evaporationand radiation, the natural warming systems like the using of tromp walls, the solar space or the system of direct gaining, the systems of natural lighting like the using of light wells and atrum or the speectrum selecting glass, the sum energy cells systems incorporated with the building or the glassand the different shadowing systems as well as techniques that incorporate the system of air pickers that perform the function of warming and lighting in winter, lighting and insulation in summer or using the technique of ceiling gardens that conain the natural grass in the ceiling  as athermal or cooled insulator then ,alist of  effective in dicators will be put in the environmental design of the indstrial companies. Compare this on the practical applying level by studying two chose factories.

It elited six factors to deduce there from the range of applying the natural work conditions in planning and designing the industrial location and the research   reached to the reslt that thay are unapplicableand this emanated from the myopia of the authority that participated in designing and building factories and their non perception of the importance and effectiveness of these circumstances in increasing the efficacy of employee performance and thus the production increase and at the same time saving the energy clearng in agood way the failure of the former policies which adopted the principle of  considering the economic factors as the  designing process and the negligence of environmental effect results, and the research reaches to the following cnclusions and the most important environmental recommendutions and suggestions in the principles of  factories planning & designing.

Couniform Modules

In this paper, we introduce and study a new concept named couniform modules, which is a dual notion of uniform modules, where an R-module M is said to be couniform if every proper submodule N of M is either zero or there exists a proper submodule N1 of N such that is small submodule of Also many relationships are given between this class of modules and other related classes of modules. Finally, we consider the hereditary property between R-module M and R-module R in case M is couniform.

Fractographic Analysis of Tensile Failures of Zirconia Epoxy Nanocomposites

This work characterizes the fractographic features of the neat epoxy and ZrO2 epoxy nanocomposites. All samples were subjected to a tensile test to determine the tensile strength and tensile modulus. SEM images were used to study the morphology of the fractured surface. The fractographic of the fracture surfaces were studied by microstructure analysis program (j-images) to specify the effect of ZrO2 nanoparticles on tensile performance and failure mechanism for ZrO2 epoxy nanocomposites. The tensile test results show that the addition of ZrO2 nanoparticles (2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 vol.%) to the epoxy matrix leads to increase the tensile strength about 40% for optimal content of ZrO2 nanop

Structural and Optical Properties for Nanostructure (Ag2O/Si & Psi) Films for Photodetector Applications

Ag2O (Silver Oxide) is an important p-type (in chasm to most oxides which were n-type), with a high conductivity semiconductor. From the optical absorbance data, the energy gap value of the Ag2O thin films was 1.93 eV, where this value substantially depends on the production method, vacuum evaporation of silver, and optical properties of Ag2O thin films are also affected by the precipitation conditions. The n-type and p-type silicon substrates were used  with porous silicon wafers to precipitate  ±125 nm, as thick Ag2O thin film by thermal evaporation techniques in vacuum and via rapid thermal oxidation of 400oC and oxidation time 95 s, then characterized by measurement of

The impact of structural economic imbalances on inflation Case Study of the Iraqi economy

Abstract:

There is a close relationship between rigidity and distort structure of production and productivity and inflation rates. The effects of this relationship are distorted the contribution rate of the productive sectors and the disproportionate of exchange rate in foreign trade.

raising the general level of prices is one of the way that have been used by previous governments (inflationary financing or deficit financing) in order to speed up the process of capital formation, depending on the availability of economic resources idle.

The fabricating inflation for development does not represent a true understanding of the nature of the

Commitments to the victims of international crimes for damage

Granting rights, especially procedural, to victims before the International Criminal Court (ICC) is a fundamental departure from international criminal courts, whether (temporary or mixed military courts), and for the first time in the history of international criminal justice, victims can participate in reparations procedures before the Criminal Court. Where they can express their views and concerns at all stages of the proceedings, as the 1998 Rome Statute made the victim an active party in the court proceedings by recognizing a number of rights, such as the right to participate in the trial, the right to protection, and the right to legal representation, As well as the right to reparation or compensation.
