Effect the Natural Lighting In The Visual Comfort & Workers Satisfaction in Industrial Companies

Energy crisis and the requirements of health and feel good, all this renewed attention to the importance of natural lighting in all kinds of factories.
    Research problem was how to achieve the plant's own natural outlets visual comfort and satisfaction of workers in
Companies, the industries of cotton and general al-fedaa.

     The research compuns address the impact of daylight to provide visual comfort in the factory. Indeed, the light must be treated very carefully, and natural lighting should be thinking from the perspective of the occupants of the plant and not wishing to view from the outside, but enjoy the comfort inside the plant. The research aims to study the current distribution and the effect of natural light inside the plant, and methods of control of the radiation force from which, using modern technology to gain access to better distribution of regular and homogeneous spaces for work. Also been studied aspects of the physiological and psychological to users of spaces industrialized after achieving visual comfort and to clarify what leaves the natural light from the effects of work and production rates and prolonging the stay of workers in the spaces of work, as the area of ​​research, and to determine the level of the current lighting and determine the gap, and proposed solutions to companies in the provision of work environment is stressful to the eye. To reach the objectives of the Research, we used a number of tools for data collection and analysis, such as, a list of screening, field observations, a simple off linear regression. And has proven results on the level of the practical side (the two companies acceptable level of satisfaction and comfort to their employees and do not affect natural lighting significantly in visual comfort and satisfaction for staff.) is designed to plant a small horizontal side vents Large, high-holes with a ceiling lighting (North) using the program 3dmax)), to achieve the best suitable design for the convenience of working in the factory. After analysis found that this design is the space appropriate in terms of the impact of ports natural lighting in visual comfort and satisfaction of employees as well as in terms of health, psychological, where it is this determination to bring the balance of light comfortable vision at work sites, and works to remove the cases to influence negative light Kalabhar uncomfortable The luminance and sunspots and improves the performance of employees. Find out the conclusions of the intellectual and practical diagnosis we find that reality of natural lighting in the ports of two companies revealed the existence of a gap ports, natural lighting and the current low rates to achieve the requirements of comfort and satisfaction for their employees. Recommended the adoption of research results of the evaluation checklist and the adoption of the proposed design to determine and to achieve continuous improvement of the quality of the work environment and that are reflected on the efficiency of performance.
