اختصر الامام ابن الحاجب كتاب الاحكام في اصول الاحكام للإمام الامدي بكتاب اوسمه بمنتهى السول وخالف به الامام ابن الحاجب الامام الامدي بمسائل كثيرة فجمعت ما خالفه به في الاجماع ليكون بحثا متواضعا عسى الله ان ينفع به

وقسمته الى مبحثين: المبحث الاول وفيه ثلاثة مطالب : المطلب الاول تناولت فيه (حياة الامام ابن الحاجب) والمطلب الثاني تناولت فيه (حياة الامام الامدي) والمطلب الثال

يتناول البحث الحالي احد الاساليب المعروفة والمستخدمة في تحليل الاسهم بصورة منفردة او ضمن (قطاعاتها الصناعية) الا وهو اسلوب تحليل القوة النسبية.

ولاثبات فرضية البحث تم اختيار سوق العراق للاوراق المالية لكي يكون مجتمعا للبحث، ومن ثم اختيار عينة عمدية مؤلفة من ثلاثة عشر سهما من اسهم الشركات المدرجة في هذه السوق لتكون ميدانا للبحث.

توصل البحث الى عدد من الاستنتاجات، الا ان اكثر

The aim of this article is to introduce a new definition of domination number in graphs called hn-domination number denoted by . This paper presents some properties which show the concepts of connected and independent hn-domination. Furthermore, some bounds of these parameters are determined, specifically, the impact on hn-domination parameter is studied thoroughly in this paper when a graph is modified by deleting or adding a vertex or deleting an edge.

Transportation problems are considered as a type of operation research problems. In fact, they deal with scheduling transportation of goods from their source to delivery sites in the minimum cost.

Such problems can be solved by the available traditional methods, which include; North-West corner, Least cost and Vogel’s method. As well as if this transportation problem is considered as a linear program it can also be solved by using Simplex method

The goal of the present study is to compare different research methods to provide the optimal and minimum cost.

 The search aims to clarify pollution to negative effects on environment and to an increasing in the dangerous polluted materials that discharged out these factories. To make active procedures in order to limit the environmental pollution.   

 The search problem came from an assumption which has the researched factory is suffering from the lack of applying the international specification      ( ISO 14004 ). The research problem assimilated by these questions:
