The first successful implementation of Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) was published a little over a decade ago. It is time to review the progress that has been made in this research area. This paper provides taxonomy for classifying Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) implementation of ANNs. Different implementation techniques and design issues are discussed, such as obtaining a suitable activation function and numerical truncation technique trade-off, the improvement of the learning algorithm to reduce the cost of neuron and in result the total cost and the total speed of the complete ANN. The research aims to identify the level of increase or decrease the product cost through the activity based flexible budgeting that gives us the chance to follows the cost since the product is planed to be made till it appears in the market and it also helps to fined out any problems that are expected to happen in the future and to put the costs under control, also to know much the surveying affects the perfect use for the complete resources in order to be used in the demanded way, the research is divided in to three sides ,the first is specialized for the theoretical side, the second is for the partical side, while the third side is specialized for the conclusions and recommendations.        &nbsp

 Aleksandr Isayevich Solzhenitsyn was born in 1918 in Kislovodsk. His father was educated, and despite his peasantry origin, he got a university degree. Unfortunately, however, Solzhenitsyn could not recognize his father, for he died before his birth.

Solzhenitsyn was accused of being an opponent to the Soviet Union due to his activities of that time. He was exiled to a forced labour camp for eight years, on the surroundings of Moscow. He spent three years in Kazakhstan, and was sent to the life exile. He was set free in 1956. He worked as a teacher in in rural schools in Vladimir and then in Rezhran.
