The aim of this work is to perform an experimental study for the effect of forced vertical vibrations on free convection heat transfer coefficient, from flat plate made of Aluminum with dimension (300 Length*100 Width*3 thickness mm).It's heated under a constant heat flux of (250-1500 W/m2 ) upward. The flat plate was located horizontally or inclined in multiple angles at rang of (0o , 30o , 45o 60o ، 90o ). This paper proposes a new method Object Detection in Skin Cancer Image, the minimum
spanning tree Detection descriptor (MST). This ObjectDetection descriptor builds on the
structure of the minimum spanning tree constructed on the targettraining set of Skin Cancer
Images only. The Skin Cancer Image Detection of test objects relies on their distances to the
closest edge of thattree. Our experimentsshow that the Minimum Spanning Tree (MST) performs
especially well in case of Fogginessimage problems and in highNoisespaces for Skin Cancer
