      تُعدّ قاعدة التكليف بغير المقدور أو بما لا يُطاق من أوائل المسائل التي بُحثت في علوم مختلفة، وصارت مثار بحث بين العلماء بمختلف اختصاصاتهم، ولعل أول من بحثها هم المتكلمون لعلاقتها بمسألة الحسن والقبح العقليين، التي تعد من أمهات المسائل الكلامية، التي كانت من السمات المهمة التي ميزت بين العدلية –المعتزلة والإمامية- والأشاعرة.

   In this paper , two method which deal with finding the optimal value for adaptive smoothing constant, are compared .This constant is used in adaptive Single Exponential Smoothing (ASES).

The comparing is between a method uses time domain and another uses frequency domain when the data contain outlier value for autoregressive model of order one AR(1) , or Markov Model, when the time series are stationary and non stationary with deferent samples .    

Research includes evaluation of projects implemented and which entered into trial operation period in accordance with the evaluation criteria and of (cost, quality and time) to determine the size deviations gap for the sample of projects during the years of assessment (2011-2012-2013-2014) of each of the three evaluation criteria, and then followed by a calculation the size of the overall gap to the problem based on the research problem to determine deviations from the specific implementation of each project by answering several questions to answer turns out the reasons for these deviations occur.

     In this study, we investigate about the run length properties of cumulative sum (Cusum) and The exponentially weighted moving average (EWMA) control charts, to detect positive shifts in the mean of the process for the poisson distribution with unknown mean. إنَّ استعمالَ الفَرَّاء للمصطلحات النحوية, ولا سيما ذوات السعة الدلالية والتي تكون في مذهب أو مدرسة أو عند عالم واحد نتج عنه ظاهرة تعدد دلالة المصطلح الواحد عنده, وهو ينبئ عن فقهٍ نحوي بدلالة تلك المصطلحات النحوية, ومن ذلك على سبيل التمثيل الترجمة والبدل, فإنه يستعملهما؛ لكن كُلٌّ له دلالته الخاصة به.
