Summary
This study seeks to clarify the phenomena of polyphony, as Oswald Ducrot indicated that polyphony is an extension of linguistics, and worked to link it to vocalisation which contains vocable ends, which led Ducrot to a similar example between (speaker and vocable). He indicated that the speaker was responsible for the pronunciation In the speech, and its phenomena: dialectical denial, irony, and referral references, which came to highlight the pragmatics texts and then explain the phenomena of semantic blocks and examples in Naguib Mahfouz's novels and stories.

This research is trying to study the Intellectual political structures of the Open Society according to British Thinker –with Austrian origin- Karl Popper (1902-1994). In this work a model of a source generating truly random quadrature phase shift keying (QPSK) signal constellation required for quantum key distribution (QKD) system based on BB84 protocol using phase coding is implemented by using the software package OPTISYSTEM9. The randomness of the sequence generated is achieved by building an optical setup based on a weak laser source, beam splitters and single-photon avalanche photodiodes operating in Geiger mode. The random string obtained from the optical setup is used to generate the quadrature phase shift keying signal constellation required for phase coding in quantum key distribution system based on BB84 protocol with a bit rate of 2GHz/s.

Complexes reaction of Fe+2, Cd+2, Hg+2 and Ag+ with the 2-thiotolylurea were prepared in ethanolic medium with the (1:1) M:L ratio yielded a series of neutral complexes. The prepared complexes were characterized using flame atomic absorption, micoelemental analysis (C.H.N), chloride content (Mohr Method) , FT.IR and UV-Vis spectroscopic, as well as magnetic susceptibility and conductivity measurement.
