إن عملية التحول إلى استخدام نظم وتطبيقات الصيرفة الالكترونية هي احد التحديات الإدارية الكبيرة التي تواجهها المصارف العراقية حاليا ،  إلا انه لا يمكن تحقيق هذا التحول من دون وضع خطة مبنية على أسس صحيحة ومتطورة توائم بين البيئة التي تعمل داخلها المصارف العراقية (ثقافة المصرف وقدراته وإمكانياته والجهات الساندة) من جهة  ، وبين التحديات والمصاعب المرتبطة بالاستخدام المكثف لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات

The research discusses the obstacles that faced the Iraqi strategic performance in achieving sustainable development after the election of the first Iraqi government in 2005 and the most important strategies to overcome these obstacles.

Objective: To determine the effectiveness of the educational program on nursing staffs' knowledge about uses of steroids and their side effects.
Methodology: A pre-experimental study design (one group design: pre-test and post-test) was used. This study was conducted in Al-Diwaniya Teaching Hospital for the period from ( 28th May to 10 th June, 2020) on a non-probability (purposive) sample consisting of (30 nurses) working in Oncology unit. The aim of the study is to investigate the extent to which the teachers of Islamic education and their teachers taught the technological innovations in the universities and to test the significance of the differences between the averages of the degree of practice according to the variables: gender, experience, scientific qualification, and educational stage. To achieve these objectives, a questionnaire consisting of (20) (20) teacher and school, teachers of Islamic education in Iraqi universities.

   The results indicated that the degree of the practice of Islamic education teachers and their teachers of technological innovations was moderate, and there were statistically significant differences in the variable of

To achieve the aim of the research, the researcher prepared a questionnaire to identify the problems that face the teachers of kindergartens. The research aims to identify the predominant habits and behaviors promoted by American action films frequently streamed on Cinemana website—a specialized platform for streaming films and series as the most followed platform. This platform offers a range of film genres, including the latest releases, free of charge. Using a simple random sampling method, twenty action films were selected for the study. Consequently, the researcher opted for a descriptive-analytical approach, deemed most appropriate for achieving the research objectives, employing content analysis as a tool to scrutinize these films. The findings highlighted that behavioral habits associated with scenes of violence, destruction, sabotage, revenge
