Abstract
The study is the product of an on-line session with Oregon University. It aims
at developing the students’ attitudes toward using computers in learning to get the
advantages of CALL and autonomous learning. The researcher has depended on a
one-group design of a pre-scale and post-scale to measure the effect due to exposure
to computer using.

Experienced organizations in recent years, significant challenges , especially with the spread of economic globalization, making it required to provide new and better through experience , creativity and innovation to achieve the quality and high-quality products of all kinds , in order to achieve the objectives of the study and to answer its questions tested the study in the woolen Industries sector in Baghdad . The study was applied to a sample of 30 people in the senior management and the middle and lower in the company (managers of sections  , and  managers of people , and managers of the units , and office managers ) and for the processing of data and information used several statistical methods and extracted result

       Most of the literature on the management and application terkzat waved the last period on large organizations was the negligence  of  knowledge management in small organizations where research aims to find out knowleddge management, small projects  In oxygen Ahli plant in Iraq, and the fact the role of knowledge management in small projects from the standpoint of employees in order to achieve this used production method results.  The results showed that knowledge management has a role in the high level of productivity during the years 2010-2013. The current researsh is aimed to pay attention on concept of human resources hard (Difficult) to manage. Such style of human resourcses has emerged to form anew challenge for busniess organizations.

Management such human resources entails first determing incentives of their behaviour models. Analyzing these models will be important to strategical management of them from work.

In nutshell, this researsh try to recommendation of contemporary literature about future of difficult (hard) human resources management.

Chitinase-3-like 1 protein (YKL-40) is a glycoprotein primarily produced in the arthritic joint and plays a crucial role in inflammatory processes. The aim of the study is to establish the role of YKL-40 as a biomarker for rheumatoid arthritis (RA) compared to proinflammatory biomarkers and disease activity. The study included 58 patients and 18 control. Diseases activity score (DAS-28) and clinical disease activity index (CDAI) were measured. Serum level of YKL-40, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-1B (IL-1β), erythrocyte sedimentation (ESR), rheumatoid factor (RF), C-reactive protein (CRP), and anti-citrullinated protein antibody (ACPA) were assessed. The results showed that the median serum YKL-40 level which was 5.42
