This study seeks to address the impact of marketing knowledge dimensions (product, price, promotion, distribution) on the organizational performance in relation to a number of variables which are (efficiency, effectiveness, market share, customer satisfaction), and seeks to reveal the role of marketing knowledge in organizational performance.

In order to achieve the objective of the study the researcher has adopted a hypothetical model that reflects the logical relationships between the variables of the study. In order to reveal the nature of these relationships, several hypotheses have been presented as tentative solutions and this study seeks to verify the validity of these hypotheses.

Abstract

Objective of this research focused on testing the impact of internal corporate governance instruments in the management of working capital and the reflection of each of them on the Firm performance.        Our work included a synthesis of three new imine derivatives—1,3-thiazinan-4-one, 1,3-oxazinan-6-one and 1,3-oxazepin-4,7-dione—which contained an adamantyl fragment. These were produced via the condensation of the Schiff`s base (E)-N-(adamantan-1-yl)-1-(3-aryl)methanimine with 3-mercaptopropanoic acid; 3-chloropropanoic acid; and maleic, citraconic anhydride, respectively. These new imines were prepared via the condensation of adamantan-1-ylamine and 3-nitro-, 3-bromobenzaldehyde in n-BuOH. We obtained a good yield of products. تبحث هذة الدراسة واحداً من العناصر المهمة في تكوين المنجز النحتي الا وهي الحركة, ويرصد البحث التطور الحاصل في عملية تجسيدها وتوظيفها في العمل الفني عموماً والنحتي بشكل خاص وفقاً  للمتغير الإسلوبي والتقني في تجسيدها. وقد حددت مشكلة البحث بالتساؤل الأتي: ماالأساليب والتقنيات التي إتبعها الفنان في تجسيد الحركة ضمن تكوين المنجز الجمالي؟  وهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن الإسلوب وتطور التقنية الحاصلة في ذلك المجال.
