This current study aims at recognizing the feelings of Baghdad University students towards life quality. The research variables are: gender (male, female), the academic specialization (science, humanities), the academic stage (2^nd, 4^th). To achieve the research aims, the researcher adopted Life Quality Scale of (Mensi and Kadhim 2006) which is consist of (56) items in its final figure in five alternatives. Aim of the research is the study of improving the performance of the thermal station south Baghdad and the main reasons for reduced its efficiency. South Baghdad power planet comprises (6) steam turbine units and (18) gas turbine units .The gas turbine units are composed of two groups: the first group is made up of gas units (1,2), each of capacity (123) MW.
