    The mix promotion important to any organization in general, has been selected promotional mix tools in this research to identify the role in maximizing the Organization of sales growth business, which included the research problem several fundamental questions about the role of each promotional tool of advertising, public relations and personal selling and sales promotion direct marketing within the promotional mix in the promotion of business sales organization. The research aims to provide theoretical and field organizations surveyed about the role played by the mix promo in sales growth, and  importance of research on the identification of more than promotional tools impact on sales growth through the statement of a relationship of the lack thereof and the statement of strength of the relationship in the case of its existence, was the data using collection questionnaire form distributed to the research community of companies contact (Zain and Asiacell Telecom) was the sample of managers and their assistants by 70 individuals and the statistical methods used to search included distributions repeatability and relative circles calculations, standard deviation and correlation coefficient and. Using a computerized program SPSS. The research was based on  major premise is no statistically significant correlation between the promotional mix and growth of the company's sales relationship,. The most significant results rise evened the awareness of individuals under consideration of the importance of every tool of promotion mix tools, it is clear that the communications companies surveyed largely concerned with the announcement and personal selling, direct marketing to promote their products in the market and try to expand its sales, development of the surveyed services contact companies that offer to their customers so as to maximize sales , and trends in the field of communications companies to increase their sales focus on the entry of new parts for the current market and this means that the current market (customers) tend to consume more and request communications services. And recommendations of the research that the intensity of competition at the moment and the evolution of the needs and desires of customers have made customers point that underpin the company to identify trends, which requires the support of promotional mix elements in order to create value for customers, and work on the use of direct communication between the company and its customers by publishing direct contact centers in areas where the company resides customers need to do to train marketing and promotional staff who care about the needs of the target customers and their wishes and interact with him to achieve effective communication fruitful in this area

Seasonal Abundance of Adult Fly Species on the Exposed Carcasses in Baghdad City

Adult of dipterous flies were collected monthly from exposed animals carcasses during the period from February 2006 to January 2007 in Baghdad city. The results obtained showed that flies could be collected all over the year with variation of their population density in different seasons. The majority of the collected species were abundant during Spring and late Autumn (at lowest numbers) . In this investigation, nineteen species confined to four families were collected; these families are: Calliphoridae, Muscidae, Sarcophagidae and Fanniidae. The species Musca domestica Linn .was the most abundant followed by Chrysomya megacephala ( Fabricius ) , while Pollenia sp . and Fannia sp . were the least abundant species.

SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF DIPHENHYDRAMINE HCL IN PURE AND PHARMACEUTICAL FORMULATIONS USING THYMOL BLUE

This approach was developed to achieve an accurate, fast, economic and sensitivity to estimation of diphenhydramine Hydrochloride. The dye that produced via reaction between diphenhydramine HCl with thymol blue in acidic medium pH ≈ 4.0. The ion pair method include an optimization study to formed yellowcolored that extraction by liquid – liquid method. The product separated of complexes by using by chloroform solution measured spectrophotometry at 400 nm. The analysis data at optimum conditions showed that linearity concentration in a range of calibration curve 1.0 – 50 μg /mL, limit of detectionand limit of quantification 0.0786 and 0.2358 μg/mL respectively. Removal of Sulfur Compounds in Iraqi Kerosene Using 1-Ethyl -3- Methyllimidazolium Acetate

In the present study, 1-ethyl -3-methyllimidazolium acetate ionic liquid is introduced for extractive desulfurization of Iraqi kerosene (1622ppm) and compared with 1-ethyl -3- methyllimidazolium tetrafloroborate. The effect of ionic liquid/ fuel ratio (1/9, 1/4, 1/2), temperature (25, 30,40oC), stirring speed (300,450rpm) and time (10, 30, 90, 180, 360 min) were studied. Sulfur compound analysis was performed using X-Ray fluorescence. The ionic liquid with acetate anion (OAc) showed better performance than tetrafloborate (BF4). Kinetic of Alkaloids Extraction from Plant by Batch Pertraction in Rotating Discs Contactor

A liquid membrane process of Alkaloids extraction from Datura Innoxia solution was studied applying pertraction process in rotating discs contactor (RDC). Decane as a liquid membrane and dilute sulphuric acid as stripping solution were used. Gentamicin Modulates the Gene Expression of hla in Methicillin Resistance Staphylococcus aureus Biofilm

Objective: The present work was undertaken to investigate the impact of sub inhibitory concentration of gentamicin on hla gene expression in methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus isolates. Methods: The bacterial isolates used in this study represent 33 MRSA strains, previously isolated form patients visiting several hospitals in Baghdad. Gentamicin, vancomycin, and oxacillin MIC were determined using broth dilution method. Microtiter plate method was adopted to investigate the biofilm forming capacity.
