التنمية البشرية والتطورات الديمغرافية في بلدان الاسكوا

احتل موضوع التنمية البشرية منذ مطلع عقد التسعينات من القرن الماضي مكانة مهمة في تقييم تجربة التنمية في دول العالم الثالث بشكل عام، نظراً لتأكيده على عنصر رأس المال البشري ومدى استفادة الانسان من عملية التنمية الاقتصادية.

ونظراً لما تتركه عملية التطورات الديمغرافية من آثار على عملية التنمية الاقتصادية، لذا جاء البحث ليحاول ان يربط بين مفهوم التنمية البشرية واهم المتغيرات المؤثرة فيها الا وهو السكان.

ولأهمية الموضوع تم تناوله في منطقتنا الاقليمية والتي احد اهم تصنيفاتها حسب الامم المتحدة هو بلدان الاسكوا (حسب التوزيع الجغرافي) وذلك لرصد السياسات المتخذة في هذه الدول والتطورات التي صاحبتها على مستوى نمو السكان والتغيرات التي شهدها كمياً ونوعياً وعلى مستوى الاعباء الاقتصادية وما تتحمله من ديون يمكن ان تؤثر سلباً في مسيرة التنمية وبالتالي تعيق تطورات التنمية البشرية ومؤشراتها المختلفة في منطقة الاسكوا.
