يهدف هذا البحث الى تحديد اثر الاختلاف في ادراكات العاملين للعدالة التنظيمية في المنظمات قيد البحث. وقد تم اعتماد الادراك كمتغير تفسيري، اما العدالة التنظيمية فمثلت المتغير الاستجابي بانواعها الثلاث (العدالة التوزيعية، العدالة الاجرائية، والعدالة التفاعلية)، ولتحقيق اهداف البحث فقد تم اختيار دائرة صحة بغداد/ الكرخ مجتمع للدراسة. وجرى تصميم استبانة ووفق مقياس خماسيي الدراجات وجرى تحليل البيانات باستخدام الاساليب الاحصائية الملائمة. واستخلص البحث عدة نتائج اهمها ان ادراك العاملين لاهمية العدالة التوزيعية يفوق باقي الاهتمامات بالنسبة للعدالةالتفاعلية والعدالة الاجرائية، وهذا يعطي مؤشر حقيقيا للادارة القائمة على هذه الدائرة بضرورة ان تكون عادلة في هذا الجانب الذي يدركه الافراد بشكل كبير، ومن ثم اعتماده كعامل دفع وتحفيز للافراد في انجاز وظائفهم.
يصدر القضاء الدستوري احكامه على وفق اختصاصاته المتعددة ، وأخصها احكامه المعدمة للقوانين المخالفة للدستور ، لذا فإن ذاتية احكامه وصفاتها تمايزت عما سواها من الاحكام القضائية ، وامتازت عليها بخصائص العموم والالزام المطلق والبتات النهائي ؛ من هنا تقايست تلك الاحكام مع القواعد القانونية التي تسن بخصائص العموم والتجريد حتى باتت تنشر بالجريدة الرسمية ذاتها وأصبحت لا تقبل المطاعن التمييزية كونها مقترنة بقر

This study presents a linguistic analysis of how Russian and American mainstream media and official statements deployed speech acts of accusation during the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine. Using Speech Act Theory (Austin, 1962; Searle, 1976) as the framework. The study analyzes 50 texts of English-language official statements and media headlines from both sides. In this research utterances are categorized into assertives, expressives, directives, commissives, and declarations, and analyzes their pragmatic force in shaping narratives.
