The study has tackled three important variables on the strategic and organizational level, that are : (Administrative skill, strategic Entrepreneurship  and organizational flexibility). Through the statistical analysis is, the research hers have sought to identify the relation among them. The study has been applied on a sample of (44) private banks in Iraq. A questionnaire, which has been designed according to a number of international standards, has been used. It's made of (29) items that cover the three variables to test their hypotheses. A number of statistical tools have been used A number of conclusion have been reached and recommendations have also been suggested.

The purpose of this paper is use the Dynamic Programming to solve a deterministic periodic review model for inventory problem and then to find the optimal policies that the company must uses in the purchase or production  (in the practical application example the Al Aksa company purchase the generators from out side country).

Abstract :

       The research aims to diagnose some of the negative phenomena

Competencies topic in general , and Administrative competencies in specific, are considered as important subject in the contemporary administrative literature in all countries as well as in public and privet Organizations. For this reason, we have need to study those competencies in many Iraqi Organizations.

Two Organizations wer chosen for this research one of them is the Institution of taxation, and the other is the General company of Electric the data and information related to the research have been collected by desined questioner which has been given to a sample of (50) persions divided eqully between the two maintioned organizations.

The research intended to take into consideration the phenomena of employing the temporary employees through the business organization increasingly, which has become one of the most apparent features of the contemporary strategy of the human resources management. It depends on the analytical descrptive Approach to meet the research problem which has been focalized around the dispute praising regarding the phenomena of the temporary employment and its dimensions and challenges which can be faced by the management of human resources as a result .The importance of the research is represented as one of rare research which confronts to the phenomena of the temporary employment in the Iraqi business environment.
