ABSTRACT This article examines the concepts of "discourse" and "political discourse" from the point of view of various researchers and linguists. The main linguistic features characteristic of political discourse are also presented. The term "discourse" is used in various scientific disciplines such as philosophy, linguistics, political science, anthropology, sociology, etc. However, there is no unambiguous definition of this term that unites all situations of its use today.

The research aims to identify banking stress tests, which is one of the modern and important tools in managing banking risks by applying the equations of that tool to the sample. This research investigates solid waste management in Al-Kut City. It included the collection of medical and general solid waste generated in five hospitals different in their specialization and capacity through one week, starting from 03/02/2012. Samples were  collected and analyzed periodically to find their generation rate, composition, and physical properties.
