This study cares for the economic living conditions in Mosul City. Its importance lies in the critical period that has been covered
(2002-2007), which was dominated by far–reaching events at political economic and social levels. The study aims to identify the reality of educational services in the municipality of Karrada described in this disclosure about the reality of the distribution of educational services and appropriate that the distribution with the population density in the region, both quantitatively and qualitatively, as are educational services an event practiced by the cities and provided to the population, it has a significant impact on the cultural development of society.

The research talks about the concept of investment allocations, showing its linguistic and  idiomatic meaning, as well as the objectives for which the investment allocations are based, as well as the benefits of these allocations since it shows types of investment contracts, including: current and fixed assets and commitment allocations.

 The research has been concluded with several results, including the protection of the banks and the investor.
