     بعد البحث عن حياة الامام الصيمري في كتب التراجم وجدت ان الامام عاش في اسرة علمية اثرت في تكوين شخصيتة الفقهية التي جعلت منه علم من اعلام الشافعية وترك لنا ثروة علمية في مختلف العلوم وكان علم الفقه واحدا منها وبعد البحث كتب الفقه وجدت له مسائل خالفه فيها الشافعية فإذا نظر اليها ولم توافقه فالمستحب له ان يسكت ولا يقول لا اريدها....

The research aims to identify small and medium enterprises in accounting thought in terms of definition and concept, and this international financial reporting standard for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the theoretical aspect. Baqubah city has grown extremely rapidly. The rate of growth exceeds the growth of services that must grow side by side with the growth of population. There are natural features that affect the growth of Baqubah city such as Dieyala river, Alssariya river, in addition to agricultural areas .All these natural features affect the growth of Baqubah city in the running form being seen . The research aims to shed light on the internet and how to employ them and to take advantage of applications in scientific research among faculty members, from a survey the opinions of professors at the University of Alanbar and Almustansiriah, to see the reality of use of the Internet and ways to invest in the service of scientific research.
The follow descriptive analysis approach , which is appropriate to the nature of this study concerned with exploring the views on the uses of the Internet. The study reached the field the following results:
