The problem of elevating the status of values in scienceStudy in economic thought and macro analysis

ان من اهم القضايا التي تثيرها المعرفة البشرية في تجلياتها، وتعبيراتها المفاهيمية، تكمن في مدى تأصلها وانتمائها الى البنى والتشكيلات الموضوعية (في مستوياتها التاريخية) التي تسعى لتفسيرها وادراكها ومضاهاتها. فالينبوع الذي يغرف منه الفكر مادته هو الكيان الاجتماعي المتموضع خارج الوعي والايدولوجيا.

ان قدرة الوعي على ادراك الواقع الموضوعي بخصائصه العامة يشكل الشرط  الضروري لاكتساب الوعي ليس شرعية تمثيله واقعا محددا في ظروف تاريخية معينة، فحسب، بل واحتيازه على الابعاد القيمية بقدر مايمثل ادراكا متزايدا للصيرورة في تشابكاتها ومتداخلاتها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية والقانونية والاخلاقية دون تمييز واستبعاد انتقائي بدعوى التخصص العلمي، والا يصبح الوعي، وان تلبّس العلم، وعيا لواقع انتقائي زائف، لا وجود له الا في رؤوس المفكرين بمقدار ركونهم الى المنطق الذاتي، والمنطق الصوري، والى استخدام الادوات التحليلية كفيصل حاسم لتمييز العلم.

كما ان تصوير الواقع وفقا لاهواء المفكر ومطامحه وارضاءً لقوى اثينية او سياسية واقتصادية سواء أكانت معادية للتقدم او مناصرة له سيؤول حتما الى وعي زائف.

فأين يتربع العلم اذن؟ ومتى تصبح المعرفة علما؟ واين تكمن قيمة العلم؟ وماهي علاقة العلم عموما، وعلم الاقتصاد خصوصا بالاخلاق؟ وهل للعلم اخلاقياته وقيمه الخاصة؟ وماهي قيم العلم؟

هذا ما سيكون مدار البحث وموضوعه.

New metal ion complexes were synthesized with the general formula; K[PtLCl4], [ReLCl4] and K[ML(Cl)2] where M = Pd(II), Cd(II), Zn(II) and Hg(II), from the Azo ligand (HL) [2-Hydroxy-3-((5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)diazenyl)-1-naphth aldehyde] (HL) the ligand was synthesized from (2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde) and (5-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-thiol). The ligand and its metal complexes are characterized by phisco- chemical spectroscopic techniques (FT.IR, UV-Vis and Mass spectra, elemental analysis, molar conductivity, Atomic Absorption, Chloride contain and magnetic susceptibility).
