وظَّفَ الشاعرُ مجد الدين النُّشَّابي الصورة الاستعارية التي شكلت سمةً جمالية بارزة من سماتِ التشكيل الشعري عنده, وأحد المكونات الأساسية في بنية قصائده الشعرية وهي جوهر الإبداع ومحط التذوق عند المتلقي, إذ يشكل الشاعر صوره الاستعارية المتنوعة متولدة من خياله وعواطفه ومتوافقة مع الموضوع لتصبح الصورة  الاستعارية ركنًّا من أركان التشكيل الفني الشعري عند الشاعر .

Objective: To determine the effectiveness of the Nursing Management Education Program upon the Nurse
Managers' Knowledge about planning in Nursing Management at Baghdad City Hospitals.
Methodology: A Quasi-experimental study in which a purposive "non-probability" sample of (50) Nurse

The importance of research is to be considered by highlighting the tax policy in Iraq which extended for successive measurement of the amount of tax receipts for respective periods, the research problem represents security, economic and political issues that Iraq suffered which were very difficult since Nineties of the last century until now that led to a lake of clarity in tax policy trends, volatility in it and finally reflected on the tax revenues increase or decrease. The study aimed to identify the awareness degree of teacher students in the department of Arabic language and their supervisors at Al-aqsa University for their future roles in the age of knowledge. To achieve this objective, descriptive- analytical approach was used. The instruments of this study were two questionnaires: first one consist of (20) item for teacher students, and the second consist of (27) item for educational supervisors which covered three roles: professional, technological, and humanitarian. The sample was (120) student selected randomly, and (39) supervisors of Arabic language.
