Iron is one of the abundant elements on earth that is an essential element for humans and may be a troublesome element in water supplies.  In this research an AAN model was developed to predict iron concentrations in the location of Al- Wahda water treatment plant in Baghdad city by water quality assessment of iron concentrations at seven WTPs up stream Tigris River. SPSS software was used to build the ANN model. The input data were iron concentrations in the raw water for the period 2004-2011.      In this paper, a Monte Carlo Simulation technique is used to compare the performance of MLE and the standard Bayes estimators of the reliability function of the one parameter exponential distribution.Two types of loss functions are adopted, namely, squared error  loss function (SELF) and modified square error loss function (MSELF) with informative and non- informative prior. The criterion integrated mean square error (IMSE) is employed to assess the performance of such estimators .

       A reliability system of the multi-component stress-strength model R_(s,k) will be considered in the present paper ,when the stress and strength are independent and non-identically distribution have the Exponentiated Family Distribution(FED) with the unknown  shape parameter α and known scale parameter λ  equal to two and parameter θ equal to three. Different estimation methods of R_(s,k) were introduced corresponding to Maximum likelihood and Shrinkage estimators.
