الازمة المالية العالمية

كنا ولا نزال نقرأ عن انهيار اسهم بورصة وول ستريت في نيويورك عام 1929 لكننا لم نعايش ذلك الحدث الاقتصادي الكبير، اما الان فإننا نرى ونسمع ونحس بتداعيات هذه الازمة المالية بل الاقتصادية العالمية الحالية.

وهذه الشرارة التي كانت بدأت قبل حوالي 80 عاماً ها هي تعيد نفسها اليوم وتبدأ من نفس المكان- بورصة وول ستريت في نيويورك.

واذا كنا قرأنا عن انهيار نظام برتن- وودز بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية فإننا اليوم نقرأ ونسمع عن انهيار النظام المالي الرأسمالي العالمي الذي يقوده البنك الدولي وصندوق النقد الدولي.

ملخص تداعيات الازمة المالية العالمية

الازمات الاقتصادية والمالية هي ظاهرة ملازمة وعضوية في الاقتصاد الرأسمالي وهي نتاج الدورة الاقتصادية واقسى مرحلة من مراحلها. وعادة ما تبدأ هذه الازمة بإنهيارات حادة في اسواق الاوراق المالية ومنها البورصات، فتهبط اسعار الاوراق المالية ويسارع الافراد في بيع موجوداتهم منها، فتتعطل انشطة بعض الشركات والمصارف وتنخفض ارباحها ويعلن بعضها افلاسه واذا لم تتدخل الحكومة بإجراءات سريعة فإن حالة انعدام الثقة بالاقتصاد تتفاقم وتتوقف انشطة الكثير من المشروعات الانتاجية ويسرح الاف من العمال وبالتالي يدخل الاقتصاد في حالة من الركود التي من مؤشراتها- انخفاض معدلات النمو الاقتصادي وانخفاض الطلب الكلي الاستثماري والاستهلاكي وارتفاع معدلات البطالة وزيادة الاستيرادات للتعويض عن انخفاض حجم العرض المحلي وزيادة العجز في الميزان التجاري والمدفوعات.

ان ما يهمنا هنا في العراق هو انعكاسات هذه الازمة المالية العالمية على اقتصادنا الوطني واول هذه الاثار هو الانخفاض الحاصل في اسعار صادرات النفط مما سيؤثر سلباً على عمليات اعادة البناء وعلى المستوى المعاشي للمواطنين.

ان هذه الازمة تفرض علينا العمل على تخفيف روابط الاعتماد وكذلك الاندماج مع الاقتصاد الرأسمالي والامريكي منه بوجه خاص.

ان سياسة الانفتاح الاقتصادي والتحول السريع الى اقتصاد السوق اثبتت فشلها، لذلك فمن الخطأ الاستسلام لسياسات ونصائح صندوق النقد والبنك الدولي وبدلاً من ذلك ينبغي انتهاج سياسات اقتصادية قائمة على التحليل الاقتصادي العلمي والواقعي المستندة الى اولويات وخطط تنمية وطنية علمية.

ان هذه الازمة المالية العالمية ستدخل الاقتصاد الرأسمالي في ركود طويل بل وربما الى كساد اعظم هو الاول والاقوى من نوعه بعد الكساد العظيم في الثلاثينات من القرن الماضي.

وربما سنشهد في القريب ظهور نظريات اقتصادية جديدة وايضاً تحولات كبرى او اصلاحات هيكلية في النظام الاقتصادي الرأسمالي العالمي ولو بعد حين.

The susceptibility test of vaginal yeasts and their relationship with the age in Iraqi women

This study aims to isolate the pathogenic yeasts from genital tract and investigate their relationship with the age .The results clarified that the most pathogenic yeast isolated from genital tract was Candida albicans , also the results of C.albicanas isolates susceptibility test, to different antifungal revealed that they were sensitive to Miconazole, Ketoconazole and Clotrimazol and were resistant to Nystatin and Grisofulvin. The study of relationship of vaginal infection with the age showed that the incidence of infection with Candida was high among females age group (19-39 years).
