The concept of closed quasi principally injective acts over monoids is introduced ,which signifies a generalization for the quasi principally injective as well as for the closed quasi injective acts. Characterization of this concept is intended to show the behavior of a closed quasi principally injective property. At the same time, some properties of closed quasi principally injective acts are examined in terms of their endomorphism monoid. Also, the characterization of a closed self-principally injective monoid is given in terms of its annihilator. Diabetic retinopathy is one of most important complications of diabetes mellitus that can be treated by Nd:YAG laser. Laser is used in ophthalmic practice for photocoagulation and photodisruption. The purpose of this study is to evaluate changes in immunological ,hematological and biochemical values after treatment of diabetic retinopathy by laser. Blood samples from 10 patients suffering from diabetic retinopathy were taken before and after laser treatment to coagulate retina to prevent leakage and hemorraghe to avoid deterioration of vision.In group one (4 patients = 40%), blood tests were done one day after treatment. On May 31, 2003, image acquisition via the ETM+ was greatly impacted by the failure of the system’s Scan Line Corrector (SLC). Consequently, the ETM+ has lost approximately 22% of the data due to the increased scan gap. In this work, several gap-filling methods will be proposed to restore the ETM+ image malfunctions. Magnesium-doped Zinc oxide (ZnO: Mg) nanorods (NRs) films and pure Zinc oxide deposited on the p-silicon substrates were prepared by hydrothermal method. The doping level of the Mg concentration (atoms ratio of Mg to Zn was chosen to be 0.75% and 1.5%. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) were performed to characterize the prepared films. X-ray diffraction analysis showed a decrease in the lattice parameters of the Mg-doped ZnO NRs.
