          The research aims to identify tax exemptions, their objectives and types, as well as to shed light on the concept of sustainable development, its objectives, dimensions and indicators (economic, social and environmental), as well as to analyze the relationship between tax exemptions and economic development, in addition to measuring and analyzing the impact of tax exemptions on economic development in Iraq for the period ( 2015 - 2021) using the NARDL model. The aim of this book is to present a method for solving high order ordinary differential equations with two point boundary condition of the different kind, we propose semi-analytic technique using two-point osculatory interpolation to construct polynomial solution. The original problem is concerned using two-points osculatory interpolation with the fit equal numbers of derivatives at the end points of an interval [0 , 1] .      The Wiener filter is widely used in image de-noising. It is used to reduce Gaussian noise. Although the Wiener filter removes noise from the image, it causes a loss of edge detail information, resulting in blurring of the image. The edge details are considered high-frequency components. The Wiener filter is unable to reconstruct these components. In this paper, the proposed filter based on the Wiener filter and the high-boost filter for medical images is presented. The proposed filter is applied to the degraded image. First, using Fourier Transformation, the degraded image and the high boost filter are converted in the frequency domain. The present work provides to treat real oily saline wastewater released from drilling oil sites by the use of electrocoagulation technique. Aluminum tubes were utilized as electrodes in a concentric manner to minimize the concentrations of 113400 mg TDS/L, 65623 mg TSS/L, and the ions of 477 mg HCO3/L, 102000 mg Cl/L and 5600 mg Ca/L presented in real oily wastewater under the effect of the operational parameters (the applied current and reaction time) by making use of the central composite rotatable design. The final concentrations of TDS, TSS, HCO3, Cl, and Ca that obtained were 93555 ppm (17.50%), 11011 ppm (83.22%), 189ppm (60.38%), 80000ppm (22%), and 4200 ppm (25%), respectively, under the optimum values of the operational parameters

     Water treatment plants play an important role in the purification and distribution of safe drinking water to the public. The present study focused on the performance assessment of the Al-Rasheed water treatment plant [ARWTP]. The main objectives of the assessment were to determine the efficiency of various plant units as well as the quality of inlet water from the Tigris River. Results obtained from the collected data indicated the presence of high concentrations of soluble nitrate and phosphate ions in the filtered water.
