The main purpose of this investigation is to evaluate the concentrations of six essential metals (Na⁺, Mg²⁺, K⁺, Ca²⁺, Fe²⁺ and Zn²⁺) in saffron and a farm soil using the neutron activation analysis (NAA) as a nuclear spectrometry method. The stratified random sampling method was used here. The NAA results showed the well uptake of Mg²⁺, K⁺, Ca²⁺, Fe²⁺, and Zn²⁺ in saffron, which is lower than the toxicity range.  This study tested the impact of region and gender on adolescents 'stress perceptions and coping styles. A total sample of 650 adolescents (5 9.4% female) from 2 countries (Iraq - Algeria). Samples of n = 325 were drawn from each country completed questionnaires on stress and coping behaviors in four domains (school, parents, peer, and future). Results revealed that levels of perceived stressfulness of issues in different domains were universally similar among adolescents from the two countries. School-related stress received the highest rankings, Parent- , future-, peer-related stress, ranked (second, third, and fourth) respectively. The aim of this study was to increasing natural carotenoides production by a locally isolate Rodotorula mucilagenosa M. by determination of the optimal conditions for growth and production of this agents, for encouragest to use it in food application permute artificial pigments which harmfull for consumer health and envieronmental. The optimal condition of carotenoides production from Rhodotorula mucilaginosa M were studied. The results shows the best carbon and nitrogen source were glucose and yeast extract. The carotenoids a mount production was 47430 microgram ̸ litter and 47460 microgram ̸ litter, respectively, and the optimum temperature was 30°C, PH 6, that the carotenoides a mount was 47470 microgram ̸ litter and 47670 microgr
