فلسفة نوعية حياة العمل في منظمات الألفية الثالثة

المقدمة

تجدد الاهتمام بموضوع نوعية حياة العمل (Quality of life) الذي يرمز له اختصارا (QWL)، في السنوات الأخيرة الماضية، وبمطلع الألفية الثالثة على وجه التحديد، من قبل الباحثين الأكاديميين والمهتمين الممارسين في منظمات الأعمال، وذلك بوصفهم إليه بأنه أهم مصادر الرضا للعاملين، والعنصر المميز لبيئة عمل منظمة ما عن غيرها. وهنا، قد برزت الاضطلاع بالمسؤولية الأخلاقية والاجتماعية لتحسين نوعية حياة العمل للعاملين في تلك المنظمات، والسعي من قبلها لتطبيق كل النشاطات الخاصة بها، لغرض إشباع حاجاتهم ورغباتهم في بيئة العمل. ويتمثل نجاح منظمات الأعمال المعاصرة بقدرتها على تحقيق أهدافها وأهداف العاملين بها في آن واحد. ولذلك أصبحت الإدارة المعاصرة مؤمنة كل الإيمان بان نجاح المنظمة سيكون مرهونا بتحقيق رسالتها المجتمعية من خلال سعيها الحثيث لتطبيق برامج تطوير نوعية حياة العمل فيها. ويؤكد رواد الفكر الإداري المعاصرين على إن التحديات الكثيرة التي تواجه منظمات أعمال الألفية الثالثة قد تفرض عليها البحث والتقصي عن تقنيات تساعد أدارتها في تجاوز معيقات العمل ومسببات الفشل إذا وجدت أن واحدة منها ناتجة عن سوء إعداد برامج ثابتة لنوعية حياة العمل وتطبيقها بشكل سليم، فيفترض بها هنا، أن تسعى لإدامة الموارد البشرية والسعي لدعم جهودها بكونها المحرك الرئيسي للموارد الأخرى والأساس الجوهري لبقائها في عالم الأعمال وسر نموها ونجاحها في الحاضر والمستقبل.
