يتناول البحث انتشار ظاهرة إعادة فرز وتقسيم الوحدات السكنية ذات المساحات الكبيرة الى قطع
صغيرة وبمساحات تصل أحيانا الى اقل من 100 م 2 وعدم التقيد بقوانين البناء ، وقد وجدت اسباب عدة لتفاقم
وانتشار هذه الظاهرة منها ت ردي الحالة الاقتصادية للمواطن والكثافة السكانية المتزايدة والانشطارات العائلية
وارتفاع بدلات الإيجار وعدم توفر السكن ، وهناك من استغل هذا الامر نتيجة لضعف الرقابة من قبل

New series of metal ions complexes have been prepared from the new ligand [4-Amino-N-(5-methyl-isaxazol-3-yl)-benzenesulfonamide] derived from Sulfamethoxazole and 3-aminophenol. The research problem was to identify the impact of monetary policies on economic growth in the oil and non-oil countries. The researcher chose the Republic of Iraq as an example for the oil countries and the Arab Republic of Egypt as an example for the non-oil countries to hold a comparison on the impact of monetary policies.
