هدف الدراسة: بناء مقياسي التفاؤل والتشاؤم للاعبي الكرة الطائرة المتقدمين للموسم الرياضي 2021-2022، وتحديد درجات ومستويات معيارية للمقياس. ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي كما حدد مجتمع الدراسة من لاعبي الدوري الممتاز للموسم 2021-2022 البالغ عددهم 104 لاعب يمثلون 13 فريق اما عينة الدراسة فقد اختار الباحثون المجتمع كله إذ قسمت العينة الى استطلاعية (10) وعينة بناء(44)، وعينة تقنين (50)

يعد مبدأ التكامل البيئي- الاجتماعي - الجمالي من المبادىء المهمة في تصميم المجمعات السكنية لنمط متعدد الاسر لما
لها من اهمية في وقتنا الحالي بسبب تفاقم ازمة السكن ، وللوصول الى تصاميم تقترب من نمط الاسكان منفرد الاسرة ، مع
الاخذ بالمعلومات والمعطيات والحلول الناجعة والمتراكمة عبر خبرات سنين طويلة والموجودة في تراثنا العربي للمحلة السكنية

This study discussed modern variable in the organizational thought that is the high performance organizations in the two of Iraqi public organizations. The aim of study determines to know the level of the performance in this organizations (high or not). The data was Collected by questionnaire which contain (8) characteristics, the organizational design, strategy, process, technology, leadership, the roles, culture, and external environment). The sample contain from (76) employees;

Results points that the two organizations didn’t reach to the high level of performance, and there are significance's difference  among them.

Antibiotic resistance is the major growing threat facing the pharmacological treatment of bacterial infections. Therefore, bioprospecting the medicinal plants could provide potential sources for antimicrobial agents. Mimusops, the biggest and widely distributed plant genus of family Sapotaceae, is used in traditional medicines due to its promising pharmacological activities. This study was conducted to elucidate the antimicrobial effect of three unexplored Mimusops spp. (M. kummel, M. laurifolia and M. zeyheri).
