Despite Iraq's possession of the energies material, human and agricultural resources and great economic but that contribution of the agricultural sector in the total gross fixed capital formation and gross domestic product in the Iraqi economy remained low and declining continuously since the nineties of the last century, as well as the inability of agricultural production to meet the country's needs of food . The food gap increased strategic food crops until it reached 1049 thousand tons in 2010. On this basis, there is a need to study and analysis the behavior of the function of gross fixed capital formation and its relationship with Gdp in the agricultural sector. Hence the importance of this study is to analysis the reality and trends gross fixed capital formation and domestic product in the agricultural sector for the period (1980-2010) and its rates of growth in an attempt to determine the causal relationship (Granger) between these two variables, where the results indicate a lack of stability of data series variables (Cap) and (Gdp) at the level of their stability after taking its first differences and the existence of a common integration relationship deltoid and explain the relationship between long-term variables where the causal relationship appeared (Granger) destined of Gdp to gross fixed capital formation Cap. The result show that the compounding rates of growth for both Cap and Gdp were negative throughout the studied period (1980 -2010) , and , also declining the relative important of these variable in the Iraqi economy especially during the period 2003 -2010 which represent the deterioration in the infrastructure of Iraq in agriculture sector
The analysis of the classic principal components are sensitive to the outliers where they are calculated from the characteristic values and characteristic vectors of correlation matrix or variance Non-Robust, which yields an incorrect results in the case of these data contains the outliers values. In order to treat this problem, we resort to use the robust methods where there are many robust methods Will be touched to some of them.
The robust measurement estimators include the measurement of direct robust estimators for characteristic values by using characteristic vectors without relying on robust estimators for the variance and covariance matrices. Also the analysis of the princ

For ease of analysis, the data are obtained by a rigorous observation of spontaneously occurring intensifiers in the text. The study aims at exploring the pragmatic functions and aesthetic impact of using intensifiers in Hard Times. The current study is mainly descriptive analytical and is based on analyzing and interpreting the use of intensifiers in terms ofHolmes (1984) andCacchiani’smodel (2009). From the findings, the novelist overuses intensifiers to the extent that 280 intensifiers are used in the text. These intensifiers(218) are undistinguished

The current study, which is a part of a master’s thesis, aims at investigating the role of gender and culture in interpreting and understanding the caricatures that deal with women’s issues in Arab societies. To this end, the researchers adopted Barthes’ (1957) concepts of denotation and connotation in his theory of mythologies in addition to Langacker’s (1987) theory of (Domains). The research concludes that the female subjects have better cognitive abilities in investing the signs within the selected caricatures. The other factor the study reached to is that the respondents

Experiments were carried out using chelating agents as a cleaning solution at different time and Reynolds’s number. The results of CaCO3 scale removal or (mass transfer rate) (as it is the controlling process) are compared with proposed model of prandtl’s and Taylor particularly based on the concept of analogy among momentum and mass transfer.
Correlation for the variation of Sherwood number ( or mass transfer rate ) with Reynolds’s number have been obtained .
The aim of this research is to test the relationship of influence and correlation between strategic performance and its five dimensions (financial dimension, after internal processes, after internal customer satisfaction, after learning and growth, environmental and social dimension), by adopting international indicators in agricultural projects To determine the extent of the differences between the research variable and its dimensions, and then try to come out with a number of recommendations that contribute to the evaluation of agricultural projects and their performance by diagnosing and treating deviations, and based on the importance of the research topic in agricultural institutions. The dorsal surface of all regions possesses five types of lingual papillae, two mechanical which are filiform and cylindrical papillae, while the other three types are taste papillae which are foliate, fungiform and circumvallate papillae, while these papillae are absent on its ventral surface. The histological examination of all tongue areas revealed that it consisted of three tunica, the tunica mucosa and the tunica submucosa (the lamina propria) and the tunica muscularis. The tunica mucosa consisted of the epithelial lining, which is a stratified squamous epithelial tissue covering the lingual papillae, a

Faced economic units face the option of restoring the capital budget annually, and the information provided for the preparation of these budgets, including financial and non-financial aspects have an important impact in the numbers of these budgets, and these units differ in the ability of their own accounting systems to maintain this information. The aim of this research is to investigate the volume of accounting information that is relied on and the reasons for the differences between one unit and another in the various economic sectors in the Iraqi environment.
The most important results of the research is the weakness of the adoption of decision makers in the Iraqi environment and lack of sufficient attention in the decision-
