تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الفرق في التحصيل الدراسي في الكيمياء والاتجاه نحو العلوم بين طلاب التخصص العلمي وطلاب التخصص الصناعي الصف الأول كلية التربية ابن الهيثم، كذلك تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين التحصيل الدراسي في الكيمياء ودرجات اختبار نهاية الفصل في الكيمياء، والمعدل التراكمي بعد أخذ المقرر الدراسي والاتجاه نحو العلوم بالنسبة لطلاب التخصص العلمي وطلاب التخصص الصناعي.

RNA Sequencing (RNA-Seq) is the sequencing and analysis of transcriptomes. The main purpose of RNA-Seq analysis is to find out the presence and quantity of RNA in an experimental sample under a specific condition. Essentially, RNA raw sequence data was massive. It can be as big as hundreds of Gigabytes (GB). This massive data always makes the processing time become longer and take several days.      يتضمن البحث تعيين عنصر الزئبق السام بتراكيزنزرة عالية الدقة (نانوغرام) باستخدام منظومة يخار الزئبق البارد لنماذج غذائية (لحوم حمراء ، لحوم بيضاء ) مختلفة ونماذج مائية (ماء النهر، مياه صناعية ، ماء الشرب) وربط المنظومة بتقنية الامتصاص الذري اللهبي.

     ان عنصر الزئبق من اشد العناصر سمية وان التراكيز المسموح بها عالميا لايتعدى جزء واحد

تم في هذه الدراسة أعادة التخطيط لتوزيع الهيئات الرقابية على االدارات الخاضعة لتدقيقها لدائرة تدقيق نشاط التمويل والتوزيع في ديوان الرقـابة المالية االتحادي ، وتم بناء أنموذج التخصيص العـام اعتمادا"على لسنة أنجاز أعمال الهيئات الرقابية لالدارات الخاضعة (2016 (أوقـات,حيث أنـه تـم بنـاء أنموذج ريـاضي لتدقيقهاللمجموعة االولى لهيئات هـذه الدائرة وذلك للحصول علىالتخصيص األمثل للهيئات الـرقـابية على االدارات وي
