Abstract The League of Arab States took many procedures against the Syrian political system, like suspended Syria's membership in the League of Arab States and sent a team of Arab observers headed by Dabi to discuss the situation there and issued some decisions and statements that called the Syrian regime to stop the use of violence and repression against the Syrian opposition.Through these steps, the Arab League has tried to help the Syrian parties to resolve the crisis. However, the role of the league in the Syrian crisis was characterized by weakness in general, and lack of seriousness, which contributed in the aggravation of the situation in Syria, and the intervention of major powers in the internal affairs of Syria.

CdS Nps (inorganic material) was prepared by the chemical reaction method. ZnPc (organic material) and CdS thin films were prepared separately to compare their characterization with the hybrid BHJ blend ZnPc/CdS thin film (2ml:2ml) by spin coating technique. The structural and morphological properties of the prepared thin films have been measured by XRD and AFM respectively. The XRD pattern for both as-deposited and annealed CdS nanoparticle films shows a hexagonal structure. The crystallite size behavior of as deposited ZnPc films and annealing at 423K for 1h, 2h and 3h was approximately similar to the behavior of heat treated blended films. Abstract: Reflection optical fibre Humidity sensor is presented in this work, which is based on no core fibre prepared by splicing a segment of no core fibre (NCF) at different lengths 1-6 cm with fixed diameter 125 µm and a single mode fibre (SMF). The range of humidity inside the chamber is controlled from 30% to 90% RH at temperature ~ 30 °С.
