Developing the high performance practices to attain Organizational effectiveness

Abstract

        This current research aims to make theoretical frame for the thoughts and principle knowledge for high performance work system ،also trying to know the role that high performance work system practices which is (Effective staffing، comprehensive training، providing work career، and employee participation) play to enhance the  organization effectiveness ، although knowing the principles of high performance work system which is: (Shared Information، Knowledge Development Performance and Reward linkage Egalitarianism)and its effect on the organizations. As well as defining the special concept of High performance work system ، because its represent a very important part  in the organizations culture in the present time  and because these organization work in a very changeable environment ، as result for that the change leaders take on their own to redirect their organizations and shift their a tension from revenue monitoring towards customers monitoring ، and productivity increasing towards continues enhancing process ،and from achieving short term financial goals  towards employee satisfaction .

This research also aims to clarify the relationship between HPWS and other HR variable and also discussed the component of HPWS which is bundle of desirable processers and applications which can be more activity when it works together.

New Functionalized MWCNT- Functionalized GO Nanocomposite with a High Dielectric Constant

In this study, we introduce new a nanocomposite of functionalize graphene oxide FGO and functionalize multi wall carbon nanotube (F-MWCNT-FGO).The formation of nanocomposite was confirmed by FT-IR ,XRD and SEM. The magnitude of the dielectric permittivity of the (F-MWCNT-FGO) nanocomposite appears to be very high in the low frequency range and show a unique negative permittivity at frequencies range from 400 Hz to 4000Hz. The ac conductivity of nanocomposite reaches 23.8 S.m-1 at 100Hz.

Chemiluminescence Study of High Power Microwave Pulses Effects on Whole Blood

   Chemiluminescenc (CL), light emitted during chemical reaction, is one of the accurate methods used to detect directly oxygen free radicals. In this study, luminol was used as CL detector, to detect the concentration of free radicals formed in whole blood exposed to high power microwave pulses. The changes in the intensity of CL signal gives a clear relation between the concentration of free radicals formed by radiation in blood and changes in blood properties such as hemolysis of blood cells. Crystal Growth of High – Purity Bi2Se3 and Study of Crystal Structure

extra pure elements in stoichiometric ratio from elements compound, charged inside
quartz ampoule. The crystal growth of Bi2Se3 carried out using Brighaman technique
process from melting f (Bi+Se ) at temperature of 810 ºC for about 48 hrs. Single crystal
of Bi2Se3 has been grown in direction (211) after slow cooling on account of heat
gradient to zone furnaces at cooling rate (1-3) C/hr. The structure study of the compound
was determined by x-ray diffraction technique, which it has bismuthinite structure and

Responsivity of porous silicon for blue visible light with high sensitivity

In this work, porous silicon (PS) are fabricated using electrochemical etching (ECE) process for p-type crystalline silicon (c-Si) wafers of (100) orientation. The structural, morphological and electrical properties of PS synthesized at etching current density of (10, 20, 30) mA/cm2 at constant etching time 10 min are studied. From X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurement, the value of FWHM is in general decreases with increasing current density for p-type porous silicon (p-PS). Preparation and Characterization of High Quality SnO2 Films Grown by (HPCVD)

ABSTRACT: In this research SnO2 thin films have been prepared by using hot plate atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition (HPCVD) on glass and Si (n-type) substrates at various temperatures. This research studies the influence of water source on the compressive strength of high strength concrete. Four types of water source were adopted in both mixing and curing process these are river, tap, well and drainage water (all from Iraq-Diyala governorate). Chemical analysis was carried out for all types of the used water including (pH, total dissolved solids (TDS), Turbidity, chloride, total suspended solid (TSS), and sulfates).
