Background: Pyogenic discitis most frequently occurs
after home delivery, hemorridectomy, and dilatation and
curettage. Discitis is generally due to blood borne bacterial
invasion of the disc from adjacent end-plate via
communicating vessels. Infective discitis remains an
uncommon, but potentially serious cause for back pain.
Delayed diagnosis can occur and a high index of suspicion
may occur.
Methods: The study included 30 patients suffering from
localized low back pain with limitation of movement.
Diagnosis was made by history, physical examination and
investigation mainly E.S.R and MRI.
Results: 50.3% of patient with discitis had a history of
vaginal delivery, 15% had a history of hemorridectomy

Lithium–Manganese ferrites having the chemical formula (Li0.5-0.5x Mnx Fe2.5-0.5x O4), (0 ≤ x ≤ 1) were prepared by double sintering powder processing. The density of the ferrite increased with Mn content while the porosity was noticed to decrease. The dielectric constant was found to increase at high frequencies more rapidly than the low ones. This study deals with examining UCAS students’ attitudes in Gaza towards learning Arabic grammar online during the Corona pandemic. The researcher has adopted a descriptive approach and used a questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The results of the study have statistically shown significant differences at the level of "0.01" between the average scores of students in favor of the students of the humanities specializations. It has also been found that the students’ attitudes at the Department of Humanities and Media towards learning Arabic grammar online are positive. To damp the low-frequency oscillations which occurred due to the disturbances in the electrical power system, the generators are equipped with Power System Stabilizer (PSS) that provide supplementary feedback stabilizing signals. The low-frequency oscillations in power system are classified as local mode oscillations, intra-area mode oscillation, and interarea mode oscillations. A suitable PSS model was selected considering the low frequencies oscillation in the inter-area mode based on conventional PSS and Fuzzy Logic Controller.
