The goal of this research is to know the quality of working life and its impact on the level of the organizational sense of alienation among a sample of teaching Anbar University in the center of Baghdad. Find and seek to achieve a number of cognitive and practical goals.

Characterization and examples of the proposed concept are given, and several properties of restriction are investigated. Fuchs also added that “One of my main aims is to give the answers to the above question". In this paper, we shall define new subgroups which are a family of the pure subgroups. Thermal conductivity of compacted bentonite is one of the most important properties where this type of clay is proposed for use as a buffer material. In this study, Lee's disc method was used to measure the thermal conductivity of compacted bentonite specimens. The experimental results have been analyzed to observe the three major factors affecting the thermal conductivity of bentonite buffer material.
