This study discussed modern variable in the organizational thought that is the high performance organizations in the two of Iraqi public organizations. The aim of study determines to know the level of the performance in this organizations (high or not). The data was Collected by questionnaire which contain (8) characteristics, the organizational design, strategy, process, technology, leadership, the roles, culture, and external environment). Results points that the two organizations didn’t reach to the high level of performance, and there are significance's difference  among them.

The study aims to identify the impact of the round-robin strategy on the logical thinking of fourth-year middle school students in chemistry. The study aimed to explore the relationship between future anxiety and life orientation of male and female nurses, working in government hospitals of Gaza Strip governorates. The study sample consisted of 228 nurses (131 male nurses and97 female nurses. This study was conducted at the poultry research station to the office of Agricultural Research / Ministry of Agriculture / during the period 4/1/2016 to 5/5/2016 and 336 one-day-old Ross308 chicks were used, and fed on diets provided with dried dill (Anethum gravelens) at levels 0.4, 0.6 and 0.8% for treatments D2, D3 and D4, respectively, and they were compared with the control treatment D1.
