I mpact strength for Epoxy/Polyurethane, Blends and their composites with two
layers of Glass fibers (0-90) are calculated.
The impact strength of the blends and composites decrease with increasing weight
by weisht percentage of polyurethane . This result is attributed to the high elasticity
of PU , and to the immiscibility between the polymer blends as well as the fiber

Reactive Powder Concrete (RPC) is one of the most advanced recent high compressive strength concrete. This work explored the effects of using glass waste as a fractional replacement for fine aggregate in reactive powder concrete at levels of 0%, 25%, 50%, and 100%. Linear and mass attenuation coefficients have been calculated as a function of the sample's thickness and bremsstrahlung energy. These coefficients were obtained using energy selective scintillation response to bremsstrahlung having an energy ranging from (0.1-1.1) MeV.     In order to enhance the efficiency of flat plate solar water collectors without changing in its original shape and with low additional cost, twisted strips are inserted inside its riser pipes. Three flat plate collectors are used for test. Family of twisted strips are inserted inside each collector risers with different twisted ratios (T_R=3,4,5).
