the Nile River and the Renaissance Dam is one of the most prominent factors that had an important role in the nature of relations between Egypt - Ethiopia, as  they contributed to building a relationship that has common characteristics through the nature of the interactions between the two countries. As a result, the Nile River is shared by eleven countries, most of which are  upstream countries.

Accordingly, the Nile River issue became the focus of that relationship between Egypt and Ethiopia, especially after Ethiopia pursued water policies that would harm Egypt's share of the Nile waters,  threatens its national security, the water policies pursued by upstream countries have contributed to creating new problems and perhaps the most important of these policies is the construction of dams and irrigation projects, which makes us face many scenes of the future of that relationship between conflict and cooperation.

   The prepared activated carbon was used to remove fluoroquinolones antibiotics from aqueous solution. The characterizations of the activated carbon is represented by surface area, pore volume, ash content, moisture content, bulk density, and iodine number.
