With the freedom offered by the Deep Web, people have the opportunity to express themselves freely and discretely, and sadly, this is one of the reasons why people carry out illicit activities there. In this work, a novel dataset for Dark Web active domains known as crawler-DB is presented. To build the crawler-DB, the Onion Routing Network (Tor) was sampled, and then a web crawler capable of crawling into links was built. The link addresses that are gathered by the crawler are then classified automatically into five classes. Resistance to aminoglycosids is a great problem to therapeutics. Aminoglycoside acetyltransferase producing Pseudomonas aeruginosa have been reported to be important cause of nosocomial infections. The purpose of this study was to determine the occurrence of aminoglycoside acetyltransferase. A total of 200 clinical and environmental samples were collected over period of five months. The P. aeruginosa isolates were confirm their identification, antibiotic susceptibility profile according to vitek2 compact system. The isolates were subjected to polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assays with specific primers for aac (6')-I, aac (6')-Ib, aac (3')-I . The present study investigates the effect of dispersing a low concentration of TiO2 nanoparticles in the mineral oil based lubricant, as well as on the overall performance of a window type Air-Conditioner system using R22 as the working fluid. An enhancement in the COP of the refrigeration system has been observed and the existence of an optimum volume fraction noticed, with low concentrations of nanoparticles suspended in the mineral oil.
