The civil war in Seralion is considered as complex model of internal
conflicts in Africa because link to crises have relation to political, economical ,
social and cultural conditions, which were infected by disability and paralysis
in function performance, and what have effect on Seralion's relation
internationally or regionally.

     The aim of this paper to study the effect of the implicit factors on the entrepreneurial spirit of the students of the Algerian university. Our structural model was proposed based on the model (Shapiro et Sokol, 1982) and the model (Ajzen, 1991). We tested it on a sample of 163 university students at the University of Algiers 3. This research aims at building a proposed training program according to the self-regulated strategies for the mathematics teachers and to identify the effect of this program on relational Mathematics of teachers. The sample of the research was (60) Math teachers; (30) teachers as experimental group and (30) teachers as control group.
