This study aimed to identify the educational leadership in the light of my theory xy and its relationship to the morale of the managers of the junior high school as the study population consisted of directors of junior high school in the city of Baghdad of six directorates education for the academic year 2013-2014 AD The number of managers (211) as director, and amounted to a sample Search of (150) director and director of the research community overall rate (71%) and represent this community fully representative sample, two tools were used in the study: the first measure of educational leadership in the light of my theory xy and the second tool to gauge morale.

Expired drug Metoclopramide was investigated as an antibacterial corrosion inhibitor for carbon steel in 0.5M H₃PO₄ solution using the electrochemical method at 30^oC and 60^oC. The results showed that this drug is an efficient inhibitor for carbon steel and the efficiency reached to 82.244 % for 175 ppm at 30^oC and 76.146% for 225 ppm at 60^oC. The adsorption of drug on carbon steel surface follows Langmuir adsorption isotherm with small values of adsorption-desorption constant. Find aimed to reveal the teaching practices of the teaching faculties of education departments of the University of Baghdad in the light of the motives of learning from the perspective of students . Researcher selected the research community in a deliberate humanitarian sections of students and faculties of education for girls and IbnRushd .
