The Educational Ideology of John Dewey

The pleomorphic adenoma is a benign salivary gland tumor, presenting usually in the parotid gland. This case report describes an unusual case of 29 years old female with a single, nodular swelling evident in the upper lip which was diagnosed as pleomorphic adenoma of the minor salivary glands in the upper lip .The lesion measured 1.0 x 1.0 cm in size for 2 years duration cause depression of labial cortical bone apical to lateral and canine teeth. It is characterized by slow growth. Complete excision was performed and the histopathological analysis supported by immunohistochemistry showed pleomorphic adenoma .It did not recur 18 months after operation.

Encouraging children towards the cognitive motivation through the discovery and knowledge of the environment around them is essential. Thus, during the two researchers’ supervision of the practical lessons that involved the female students’ application of their experience in the Applied Kindergarten Laboratory, it has been noticed that there was a difference in the cognitive motivation of kindergarten children. In order to reinforce the research problem, the two researchers sent an open questionnaire to a sample of randomly selected kindergarten teachers from Al-Karkh and Al-Rasafa sides. The mechanism of managing religious difference

God is the Lord of the worlds, forget them and their jinn, Arabs and non-Muslims, He is the Lord of Muslims and Lord of non-Muslims, as He created them male and female despite their differences in tongues and colors, so He created them according to their diversity and distinction in beliefs and religions.

 To prevent flare-ups due to differences, the Lord of the worlds set limits that he has forbidden to cross, and draw clear maps as mechanisms for managing religious differences and lifting psychological barriers between the different, so that they can coexist in peace and freedom, each adhering to his faith, and practicing the rituals of his religion.

The research aims at:

1. Identifying the problems facing kindergarten teachers.
2. Identifying the nature of the problems facing kindergarten teachers.

To achieve the aim of the research, the researcher prepared a questionnaire to identify the problems that face the teachers of kindergartens. The questionnaire was subjected to the consultation of a group of specialized expertise in the educational and psychological sciences to certify the propriety of the items of the questionnaire and it gained a rate of (80%), and the stability of the scale gained (0.91) and it stands for a correlation parameter with a statistical significance and it was calculated by using Person’s R Corre

The aim of this research is to measure the logical maturity of kindergarten children. To achieve this aim, the researcher adopted the scale of Gold Schmid and Bentler (1968), which was translated to the Arabic language by Shabili (1988). The scale was administered to a sample of (100) kindergarten children were chosen randomly from a number of kindergartens in Baghdad city for the academic year (2017-2018). SPSS was used to analyze the collected data. The results revealed there is a level of logical maturity among the kindergarten children. The researcher came out with a number of recommendations and suggestions.                     &
